In 2014 Jax started making bespoke wedding cakes, then in 2017 she expanded to offer event catering as well. Since then Jax has gone on to win awards at the International Cake show at the NEC. She has a custom built kitchen based at her home in North Devon however she travels to venues across Devon and Cornwall.
From elegant weddings to intimate affairs Jax can work with you for all your wedding requirements. She offers catering from sit down roasts, buffets to afternoon teas.
Jax uses only the best ingredients for all her cooking including locally sourced ingredients were possible. Everything Jax makes is made with in a few days of your wedding, the scones for her afternoon teas are made on the day of your wedding so they are literally fresh out the oven!
At the beginning of 2019 she released her new product ‘The First Midnight Snack’ The idea behind this is that you will probably not get chance to eat or drink much during the evening of your wedding as you are busy talking to family and friends so by the end of the night and your back in your room you realise you are hungry there is this handmade hamper sat waiting for you both. Filled with brownies, rocky road and savory options like cheese twists. Order one for yourself or put it on your gift list!
